𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞́𝐬: Under the supervision of the service manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Greet and assist customers, schedule appointments via Outlook.
• Manage work orders, including relevant details and necessary updates via CDK.
• Monitor campaigns and recalls for vehicles.
• Inform customers of the arrival of parts.
• Make entries and corrections on work orders.
• Communicate with management for absences or suggestions for improvement.
• Prepare and finalize work orders as needed.
• Collaborate with the foreman by preparing reminders in Outlook.
• Actively participate in training for professional development.

• Work a fixed schedule in a stimulating environment.
• Team spirit, effective communication and sense of responsibility are essential.
• Ability to organize yourself and show initiative in your tasks.
• Wearing safety clothing required (steel-capped boots, glasses, etc.)

• Mastery of the required IT tools.
• Excellent skills in written and spoken French.

The main functions of the manager are:

• Plan and supervise all activities in the garage to ensure maximum productivity;

• Follow up on warranties and garage policies;

• Ensures that all work orders are available and properly completed;

• Controls and follows up on parts orders in collaboration with the parts manager to ensure their availability;

• Follow up on the parts to be replaced (under warranty) and the parts to be returned according to the requirements of the garage;

• Maintain health, safety and compliance with environmental standards at facilities.


The criteria for the position:

• Professional certificate in general/heavy mechanics an asset;

• Practical experience in mechanics;

• PEP card holder;

• Experience in team supervision, a plus;

• Skill with computer systems;

• Strong communication and organizational skills;
